What an incredible journey it has been to witness the growth and success of this year’s 14 graduates from the Mica Development Academy! Held at Spiro’s Mega Mica, this year’s graduation was a heartwarming celebration of hard work, dedication, and growth.

Since its inception in 2013, the Mica Development Academy has been committed to nurturing talent and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. Starting with just six graduates in its first year, the programme has grown tremendously, with a total of 105 graduates now embodying Mica’s spirit of excellence.

The ceremony was beautifully presented by Duncan Nel and Lynn Christian, whose leadership and encouragement have been integral to the Academy’s success.
